Ghost of me

I can't forget you! So how can I just let you forget?

You can burn the pictures, forget the love notes,

Erase the e-mails, take me off your facebook.

I swore by the sriptures I'd sink with the love-boat,

Now this sad love tale has turned to a deadhook,

I'll haunt you 'till the end of time,

Not physically, but in your mind,

I'm like the ghost you'll never see,

You'll never get rid of my memory.

I'm the silver whisps that form your dreams,

I'm the empty matter in between,

I'm the light you shut out as you sleep,

You'll always live with this ghost of me.

I'm not only online, I live out in real life,

Sometimes I wish I could rewind or turn back the hands of time,

Go back to the day that we first met,

Reject all the lines and compliments,

Forget what was said and all that you've done,

Cause all this time you were my number one:

Desire, my fire, my torment, my saviour, my rival, my lover, my best friend,

It took this long for me to comprehend,

I need you, i want you, I had you,

It's time to find me someone new.

There's this woman that I once knew,

Only spoke to her for an hour or two,

Then she disappeared, out of sight,

Straight up vanished into the night,

In the time that we did speak,

She first told me about her week,

Then she told me about her life,

Told me she was a widowed wife,

She was elegant, she was fine,

Anymore perfect she'd be divine,

Pale white skin, versace dress,

a pearl necklace around her neck,

She was rich and she had class,

A little squemish but tough as brass,

Diamond rings around each finger,

Voice of a nightingale singer.

Pearl necklace, versace dress,

Stelleto heel but her hair was a mess,

She never did give me her name,

But she's my best friend all the same,

Ever since that faithful day,

At that bar I hope and pray,

She'll appear to me in the flesh,

Her and that Versace dress,

Women

Why do women hide, all they feel inside? And bitch about all the small things?

When will women realize,

That all men will abide, if you just actually tell them!

But women we all know, we just can't live without,

No matter why they hide all they feel inside,

Instead they give you clues, and to tell you all the truth,

I'm not very attentive, not much a detective,

But women we all know, we just can't live without,

No matter why they hide what they feel inside,

When they don't let us know,

That's how the wrinkles grow,

All the stress that's building up,

Until one day they explode.

This is your

As I stare inside my soul

Unaware of the unknown

Holy visions come to me

Not just thoughts but prophesies

What if you were left behind

Out of touch and out of time

Would you pray to some God above?

Or some concept your not quite sure of?

What if you were by yourself?

Out there, hurt in need of help

What would flash before your eyes?

You'd better hold your head up high

'Cause this is your point of realization

This is your time for self-examination

'Cause now they decide just how you lived your life

Did you live it well? Are you going to Hell?

They measure what you've done on some giant scale

All your deeds, all your faults every major fail

And with the measurements they read out your tale

Who you are, what you've done in every little detail
